Sarjeant Co Ltd (the company) takes full responsibility for the personal

that the company is compliant with this and the other principles.

This information is typically provided by the individual (or an authorized agent), but we may require information from a third party (e.g. credit reporting agency). We ask for information like name, address, phone number, employer and bank. We will also ask for your social insurance number (SIN). As in the past, it will be your choice to provide us with your SIN. The

It may also be shared with authorized third parties to meet contractual obligations. Lastly we may share this information in order to meet legal or regulatory requirements. We do not sell customer lists or personal information. When the company gains your consent, you are authorizing us to collect, use, disclose to third parties and retain as long as needed, personal information that is appropriate to the purpose described. Consent can be express or implied. Express consent can be given verbally (in person or by telephone) or in writing (signed document or e-mail). When you contact and provide us with personal information, consent is implied that you allow us to use it for a reasonable purpose.
